The Brief
Ashmere needed to convey a sense of history in its marketing while maintaining a modern, premium feel. The identity had to sit closely alongside Jardine in tone and market positioning, while still remaining distinguishable within the same development ecosystem.
A key requirement was the creation of an eye-catching logo alongside professional and curated brand guidelines to form the foundation for future marketing assets.
The challenge was to differentiate Ashmere without breaking alignment with the established visual language of Jardine.
Given the similarity in audience, pricing, and product offering, the approach prioritised controlled variation over reinvention, maintaining familiarity while introducing subtle cues of distinction appropriate to a final-phase development.
